FSC® Regulatory Module
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Regulatory Module is designed for organisations in the timber supply chain. It provides a framework to support compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This certification demonstrates that timber products originate from legally responsible sources, free from deforestation and forest degradation after the 30th of December 2020. What is FSC® Regulatory Module?
The FSC Regulatory Module is a voluntary addition to FSC certification, designed to help companies comply with the EUDR. The module introduces due diligence requirements such as risk assessment, risk mitigation, and geolocation tracking to ensure forest products are legally sourced and free from deforestation.
