    Control Union inspects lifting equipment and lifting accessories used in lifting operations. This includes shackles, lifting slings, chain hoists, steel wire ropes, chain assemblies, spreader bars, and a wide range of lifting and hoisting equipment.

    Lifting equipment inspections are carried out periodically, often at 12-month intervals, depending on legislation and operating conditions. Scheduling is aligned with your operations so that inspections can be performed with minimal impact on production and ongoing work.

    Inspections are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and relevant inspection guidelines, including the Dutch Working Conditions Decree and EKH guidelines. Additional requirements may apply for international and maritime applications, such as LOLER. After the inspection, reports and certificates are available digitally via the online portal.
