Dutch health and safety legislation (Arbowet) requires employers to periodically inspect work equipment and demonstrably ensure safe use.
Control Union inspects work equipment both onshore and offshore in accordance with the Arbowet, relevant NEN standards and applicable international regulations. These inspections support employers and asset owners in meeting their legal duty of care and maintaining a safe working conditions.
